I remember sitting with Stacie at my kitchen table where she quizzed me on what I ate, how often, and how much. It was tough to admit to eating all the wrong foods. But, Stacie was optimistic and supportive. She designed a custom meal plan that included a healthy portion of green vegetables, eggs, poultry and fish. The meal plan detailed what types of cuts and portions I needed to eat to be successful. To save myself time and energy, I took advantage of the meatcutters skills, and fired off an email to Rod at the store. It was a grocery list with instructions for the meatcutters to trim, portion, and packed each item individually. Always the visionary, Rod took this list and created the Fitness Pack.
