If you’re competing in the Flex Pro Bodybuilding & Figure Championships, Feb. 26, 2011, held in Los Angeles or the Olympia, in September, held in Las Vegas, we can prepare your food, individually package it, and personally deliver it right to your hotel. For three years, we’ve prepared customized portion-controlled Ready-to-Eat (RTE) foods for Arizona athletes in the pro and local levels. From bodybuilding to mixed martial arts to weekend warriors, we’ve customized meals to meet all athletic and individual needs.

FAQ

1. How are the foods prepared?

They’re prepared to the Athlete’s exact specification and direction. We know that each athlete has a unique diet tailored to their physical makeup and training. You tell us what that diet is, and we’ll follow it to a T. Our ovens are equipped with a computerized system that we designed, allowing us to make just about anything without the use of oils or grease. This reduces the amount of processing, while maintaining the food’s natural integrity and freshness. All our food is prepared without seasoning or preservatives. Seasonings are added upon request.

2. Are the foods weighed and trimmed?

Yes. The fact that we also have an old-fashioned butcher shop, we have the expertise to neatly trim and rid each meat, poultry and fish item of fat, skin, and bones. Because we know all Athletes keep track of their food intake, and the importance of that to their sport, we weigh each and every food item one by one. Just like you do at home.

We also do post-cooked weighing.

3. How are they packaged?

Each food item is packaged individually in our exclusive Midwestern Fitness package for safe storage and use, as well as travel-friendly.

4. How will they be delivered?

We deliver in a refrigerated van directly to your hotel at an agreed upon time and day. Your food will be packed in a convenient cooler with special ice packets that will keep your food fresh.

5. When are the food cooked?

The night before delivery. We do not prepare foods weeks in advance, nor do we freeze them. This is a fresh product. We do not add preservatives or ingredients that prolong product life.
