In the spirit of great food, we decided to open Midwestern Bakery in 1996. This is one of the few full-service, scratch bakeries in the Valley, and boasts homemade, fresh baked goods. With the success of our meat shop and bakery, our loyal and growing customer base urged us to open a restaurant. Midwestern Steakhouse opened in 1999 and features no-nonsense, comfort cooking including our select meats, simple side dishes and the finest desserts from our bakery. Our restaurant is open 7 days a week, features weekly specials and a Sunday “breakflunch”, a hearty, homemade approach to brunch!
